Student Support Team Intensive Leadership Training

This course is designed to prepare system, school, and grade-level coordinators to effectively implement the SST process.  After receiving instruction in implementation of the SST process, participants will develop appropriate educational plans utilizing case study information and/or data from students in their system.  Areas of instruction and modeling/practice include:

·        Tiered instruction/Response to Intervention

·        Identification of causes of educational difficulties and error analysis

·        Behavioral assessment

·        Development of effective intervention plans

·        Data collection and analysis

·        Resources

·        Research based interventions

·        Organization of information at the school or system level
