Cancellations/Refunds:

We highly encourage substitutions rather than cancellations. Please fax substitute and canceling registrants’ names to 678-721-4243. If substitution is not possible, all cancellations must be made in writing via fax or mail by October 10. A full refund less a $25 processing fee will be issued at that time. Cancellations received after October 10 will not be refunded (this includes “no-shows” for the conference).

NOTE: If purchasing one or more Conference Materials Kits, you must supply your organization’s Certificate of Tax Exemption by mail or by faxing it to 678-721-4243. Without this document, you will be charged state and local sales tax.
